Monthly subscription: US$299 per location
All five services are US$299 per location/month. The first payment is charged when you confirm your subscription payment, followed by automatic monthly renewals. Cancel future renewals at any time; service continues through the current paid period. Cancellations and refunds follow the service terms and refund policy. Third-party channel fees require separate express approval and payment; out-of-scope projects are quoted separately.
After payment, we confirm the exact location, required information and manager access, then arrange work within the agreed scope. Records show completed work, actual progress, pending items and next steps. Unconfirmed rankings, reviews and publication results remain clearly identified.
Target keyword list, change records, before/after evidence and comparable rankings
Setting priorities for your industry
Priorities follow your actual business and the agreed scope of the five services below.
Restaurants
We first confirm your actual cuisine, service options and location, then check profile details, hours, website and ordering links. Keywords prioritize available Business Profile search queries, supplemented by clearly identified research terms relevant to your real cuisine, services and area, with accurate wording in existing content. This work is supported by authentic media, review management and relevant local dining listings.
We first confirm your actual services, the terms customers use and how appointments are made, then check service descriptions, phone details and booking links. Keywords prioritize available Business Profile search queries, supplemented by clearly identified research terms relevant to your real services and location. We use authorized business media for content updates and pursue relevant community and business listings.
You retain ownership of your profile and website. We use official invitations or existing valid access; do not send passwords or verification codes.
Confirm the location, authorization, media and business facts at onboarding. Routine in-scope work continues; missing facts, personal verification, costs and out-of-scope decisions may require your input.
The five services share necessary records, with one owner per profile or page change to avoid duplicate edits and submissions.
Missing access or media, or a temporary platform issue, pauses only affected steps. Ready work continues; paused or withdrawn services do not restart automatically.
01
Business Profile & Website Audit
Find and fix in-scope issues affecting accurate information, search presentation and customer contact paths.
What we need
Business name, Maps link, website and valid editing access, if available
Cadence
At activation and every 30 days
Deliverables
Coverage, findings, completed fixes and before/after evidence
What we do
Verify the exact location, contact information, hours, categories and key links.
Review core website pages, access/crawl barriers, information consistency and mobile contact paths.
Prepare exact changes, retain prior values, implement ready authorized fixes and verify the result.
Scope & limitations
Menu/price management, website rebuilds and unrelated cosmetic changes are excluded. Website fixes require editing access or implementation by your provider. Records are shared with keyword work, with one owner per change.
02
Google Review Management
Respond professionally to customer feedback and maintain clear, thoughtful business communication.
What we need
Business name, Maps link and review-management access
Cadence
Initial historical pass; 1 hour before final closing on each open day
Deliverables
Reply/status records, updates every 7 days and monthly summaries
What we do
Complete a one-time pass through readable unreplied historical reviews; do not duplicate existing or pending replies.
Then handle unreplied reviews originally posted in the previous 24 hours, across ratings; unfinished initial history resumes from its checkpoint.
Protect privacy in sensitive replies and flag business risks; monthly reporting follows the original activation anniversary.
Scope & limitations
No unverified admissions, compensation promises or guaranteed removals, ratings or ranking gains. Gaps caused by downtime, closure or delayed publication do not automatically become historical backfills; those need separate arrangements.
03
Weekly Business Profile Posts
Keep real services, highlights and business information visible so customers can understand your location.
What we need
Business name, Maps link and rights-cleared photos or videos of this location
Cadence
One post per week during local opening hours
Deliverables
Copy, media, post links and status, with a monthly recap
What we do
Organize authentic media and confirm usage rights and publication history.
Write locally appropriate copy around a relevant topic and publish the first post when materials and access are ready.
Continue on an agreed local weekday/time, verify publication and summarize by local calendar month.
Scope & limitations
Use unpublished media only. Photography, design and video production are excluded. Special closures defer posting; media gaps pause this service without accumulated bulk catch-up. Formats depend on platform support, and ranking gains from posts are not guaranteed.
04
Local Visibility & Outreach
Pursue relevant local features for your business and website to broaden your public presence.
What we need
Business facts, website details, representative authorization and an approved outreach mailbox as needed
Cadence
Daily research, focused weekly outreach and appropriate follow-up
Deliverables
Submission records, live features and website links, plus paid-opportunity assessments
What we do
Screen community sites, directories, local guides and timely features; verify eligibility, audience and existing coverage, prioritizing free opportunities.
Prepare accurate information and submit as an authorized service provider; seek useful corrections to brand mentions and broken or incorrect links.
Check replies, review status and public results, keeping submitted, pending and live items separate. Pending replies do not pause new research.
Scope & limitations
Publishers decide acceptance and timing; placement counts are not guaranteed. Paid-opportunity assessment is included, but fees require your explicit decision and separate payment. No bulk spam, low-quality link purchases or disguised customer endorsements; email access stays within authorized location/channel correspondence.
05
Keyword Optimization
Improve how your real services match relevant customer searches, supporting stronger Google Maps visibility and rankings.
What we need
Actual services and location, Maps link, website information and necessary read/edit access
Target keyword list, change records, before/after evidence and comparable rankings
What we do
Prioritize available Google Business Profile search queries, supplement them with researched terms supported by your actual services, and label each source. Separate brand and service terms, reuse existing keyword records and available initial reference data, and retain the reporting period and search conditions. Disclose missing data. Missing data does not delay other improvements whose prerequisites are met.
Implement initial improvements when ready, then make weekly progress on justified, authorized profile content and existing website titles, copy and internal links. Leave content unchanged when it needs no improvement. Coordinate categories and other profile field edits with the audit owner.
Compare monthly rankings with the same keywords, search locations and method, alongside available profile search and interaction data, to guide priorities.
Scope & limitations
No keyword stuffing in the business name, invented services or manipulated search clicks. Top-three positions, fixed gains and monthly growth are not guaranteed. Manual samples are not precise location measurements; missing data is disclosed. Applicable profile work can continue without a website. New pages, structural website changes and rebuilds are outside this service.
How progress is reported
After meaningful actions or useful results, explain the work, actual status and evidence. Required input appears first with the owner and specific action.
Keep preparation, submitted, pending, live and verified states distinct. Unconfirmed outcomes are not reported as success, and examples are not presented as client results.
Routine checks without new useful findings stay in internal records. Weekly and monthly reports are retained on schedule and delivered when they contain real results or useful new information.
Summaries cover new placements, completed improvements, keyword rankings and available profile data, including baselines, methods, limitations and next steps.
Understanding outcomes
The aim is to broaden local presence, improve search relevance and work toward stronger Maps rankings. Distance, prominence and competition also matter; fixed positions, placement counts and new-customer numbers cannot be promised.
Call clicks are not connected calls, directions are not visits and website clicks are not sales. Missing data is not zero; partial first-month data is not compared directly with a full month for growth. A ranking change is not automatically caused by a particular edit.
All five services are US$299 per location/month. The first payment is charged when you confirm subscription payment, with automatic monthly renewals. Cancel future renewals anytime; service continues through the current paid period. Third-party fees are separate; website rebuilds and out-of-scope projects require separate quotes. A six-month ranking framework is not a minimum contract term.
